Can I mix designs, colors and sizes?
Yes. In-stock wholesale orders start at 12 rings in total across eligible designs, colors and US sizes. You do not need 12 of each design or size. Availability is checked for your exact selection.
Can I ask about samples or made-to-order pieces?
For a smaller sample request, send the items and quantities you have in mind so we can confirm options and pricing. Made-to-order inquiries start at 6 rings of the same design, color and US size; production minimums and timing are confirmed separately.
Does “supplier stock” mean ready to ship?
Supplier-reported stock is not inventory in our own warehouse. We recheck availability for your quote, then procure and inspect the pieces before dispatch. How availability works ↗
When do I pay?
Send your inquiry first. We confirm item prices, quantities, shipping and terms in a quote for your approval before providing payment instructions. There is no payment or checkout on this website.
How long will delivery take?
For supplier in-stock items, domestic delivery to our receiving point in China is typically 3–7 days. This is one part of preparation: inspection and international transport take additional time. Your quote confirms the preparation and delivery estimates for your destination. Shipping details ↗
What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
Check the quantities, designs and sizes when your parcel arrives. Contact us promptly with the order reference, affected items and clear photos.
