This notice explains how Sambosk handles information when you browse this site, ask for a wholesale quote or communicate with us about an order. The operator and contact details appear below.

1. Information we receive

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, the reply details you choose to provide (email or WhatsApp), destination country and postal code, business type, message and selected products and quantities. We record the submission time, inquiry reference and acknowledgement of this notice. A quote or order may later require delivery details, correspondence and records needed to verify payment, resolve issues and fulfill the order.

Please do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information in the inquiry form. There is no online payment form on this site.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and manage quotes, arrange an agreed order, keep appropriate business records, handle customer-service requests and protect the site against misuse. Replying to an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional emails or messages.

3. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support your session, quote list and form security. Local browser storage keeps public product codes and quantities so your selection can be restored; it does not store the contact details entered in the form. Clearing your browser's site data removes these stored selections. If local storage is unavailable, the cookie-based quote list can still work.

The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. A temporary keyed hash of the network address is used to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information needed to run and protect the site.

4. Who can receive information

Inquiry and order details are available to authorized operators. Hosting, communication, payment and logistics providers may process the information needed for the service you request. For example, a carrier needs delivery details for an agreed shipment; an inquiry alone does not trigger a shipment or transfer your contact details to a supplier.

If you choose to communicate using email or WhatsApp, that provider also processes the communication under its own terms. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-site advertising.

5. Storage, location and retention

Information may be processed where our operators and service providers work, including Hong Kong and mainland China for agreed order handling, and where the selected hosting or communication providers operate. Access is limited according to the work being performed.

We keep information for as long as needed to address the inquiry, carry out an agreed order, resolve a dispute or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Unneeded inquiry data should be deleted or anonymized through a reviewed process; transaction records may need to be kept longer. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date, and backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.

6. Your requests and choices

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where applicable. Contact the address below and include your inquiry reference if you have it. We may need reasonable information to verify that the request is yours. If a record must be retained, we will explain the reason and any limits that apply.

You may decline to provide information, but we may then be unable to prepare a quote, reply or fulfill an order. Tell us if you no longer want a response to an open inquiry. Rights and available remedies depend on the applicable law; this notice does not limit them.

7. Changes to this notice

We will publish a revised notice and version when our practices change. The version acknowledged with a new inquiry is recorded alongside it. These pages are intended for business buyers and are not directed at children.
