These terms describe the use of Sambosk's wholesale inquiry site. Product-specific and commercial conditions must be set out in the exact quote accepted for an order.

1. Wholesale inquiries

The site is intended for business buyers, independent retailers and resale businesses. Please provide accurate contact and destination details and only submit requests you are authorized to make. Sending a quote list is not a purchase, stock reservation, confirmed production booking or automatic acceptance of an order.

2. Products, sizes and availability

Images and screen colors help illustrate an appearance but may differ from the physical piece. Verify the selected design, color and US size before accepting a quote. An open-band appearance does not by itself mean a ring is adjustable. Material, coating, weight, care instructions and any special performance claims require confirmation for the selected SKU.

Supplier-reported availability refers to the recorded check and is not our own warehouse stock. It can change before the order is confirmed. We will address material changes with you rather than treating an inquiry as a reservation.

3. Quantities and made-to-order requests

In-stock wholesale orders start at 12 rings in total. You may combine different eligible designs, colors and US sizes; the minimum is not 12 of each item. Smaller sample inquiries may be submitted for review, with availability and pricing confirmed separately. A made-to-order request starts at 6 pieces of the same design, color and US size; it is a minimum request, not a requirement to order in multiples of 6. Production acceptance, upstream minimums, cost and timing must be confirmed in the quote. No universal order-value minimum is promised on this site.

4. Prices and quote versions

Prices, currency, quantities, shipping charges, other applicable charges, validity and timing are specified in a reviewed quote. A “from” price, when shown, applies only to the stated eligible option and is not a total for every selection. The site does not calculate a payable checkout total.

Confirm the exact quote version. Changes to the assortment, quantity or agreed terms require a reviewed revision and fresh agreement. Expired, superseded or withdrawn quotes must not be used as payment instructions. An order record follows documented acceptance of an approved, current version.

5. Payment outside the website

There is no online checkout or automatic charge. Applicable payment methods, recipient and conditions are provided separately after the order details have been checked. Confirm payment instructions through the published contact channel if anything is unclear. Payment verification is based on the receiving account's records; a submitted screenshot alone is not confirmation of receipt.

Procurement and shipment depend on the payment conditions agreed for the order and resolution of any payment exception. This site does not itself transfer or refund funds.

6. Shipping, changes and after-sales questions

Shipping arrangements, preparation and transit estimates, duties and taxes, split shipments, cancellations and defect remedies must be agreed for the order. Read our shipping, cancellations and returns information before confirming a quote. No unagreed substitution, extra shipping charge or universal delivery guarantee is created by this page.

7. Responsible use and content

Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or submit unlawful content. Do not use product images or other site content for your own listings unless the relevant permission has been confirmed. Access to the catalog does not grant rights to third-party names, marks or designs.

8. Questions, errors and applicable rights

If you notice an error in an item, quote or order record, contact us before proceeding. We will review it and confirm any correction that affects your decision. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. This site does not select a governing law or dispute forum in place of the terms agreed for a particular transaction.
